Fragrance oils can be used for many different purposes. They are usually less expensive than essential oils. Fragrance oils can be used in aroma lamps. The scents have the same healing effects as essential oils, but are usually not as concentrated. Fragrance oils are synthetically compounded, and they should not be confused with 100% natural essential oils used in aromatherapy. Our fragrance oils are produced using the latest technology including mass spectroscopy, gas chromatography, simulated critical fluid extraction, and rotary vapor extraction methods. We do not add any artificial coloring or additives to our fragrance oils. They are packaged in HDPE plastic bottles for lighter shipping and lower cost. They range in color from clear to dark brown, with a few being light blue to pink. Some oils may discolor your finished product, particularly those with vanilla or chocolate. Please keep this in mind when adding dyes, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a satisfactory result. Due to varying fragrance compositions, some oils may cause clouding in transparent products such as glycerin soap or shower gel. Please test oils in your products first to determine the best result.
